Welcome to the world of Chiikawa! Chiikawa Park is an experiential park that allows guests to immerse themselves in the world of Chiikawa. At the Park, guests can enjoy experiences related to the world of Chiikawa, check out shops with limited-edition merchandise only available in the Park, and explore game areas where you can win original prizes. TICKET

To enter Chiikawa Park, guests are required to purchase tickets in advance. Tickets are available for purchase on the “asoview!” website.

*One person (one account) may purchase tickets for up to five guests. *If a guest is 12 years old, they can still qualify for a child ticket as long as they are an elementary school student. *Each guest entering with an Adult ticket (for junior high school students and older) may have one child under the age of four enter the Park with them free of charge. *Student rates apply to middle school, high school, college, graduate school, junior college, and vocational school students. *Valid proof required upon entry.

- Ticket sales schedule:Tickets for dates two months ahead, from the 1st to the last day of the month, go on sale at 12:00 PM on the 15th of each month.
- Sales method:Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Sales will end once the set number of tickets for each date and time slot has been reached.
- How to purchase:Please purchase tickets through the “asoview!” ticketing website.
- No cancellations, refunds, or date/time changes will be accepted for any reason after purchase.

Chiikawa Park

- Ikebukuro Station (JR, Tokyo Metro, Seibu Railway, Tobu Railway): About an 8-minute walk from East Exit No. 35. - Higashi-Ikebukuro Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line): About a 3-minute walk via the underground passage from Exits 6 or 7. - Higashi-Ikebukuro-Yonchome Tram Stop (Toden Arakawa Line): About a 4-minute walk.

Rules & Policies

- Cash is not accepted within the Park.
The Park utilizes cashless payment options, including credit card, transportation IC cards, and digital payment options. For more details, check here.
- There are no coin-operated lockers on the premises.
For guests with large luggage, we ask that you please use facilities for storage nearby. Thank you for your cooperation.

- Strollers are not permitted inside the Park.
However, we can temporarily store strollers inside the Park. Strollers must be folded, and all personal belongings must be removed before storage (we cannot accept strollers with items left in them). The Park is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of stored items. Please note that the number of strollers we can store is limited. We appreciate your understanding.
- For guests entering the Park with wheelchairs, some areas may not be available due to safety concerns. A dedicated route is available for guests in wheelchairs to ensure their safety.

- Restrooms within the Park may be crowded due to the limited number of available restroom facilities.
We kindly ask that guests use the restroom prior to entering the Park.

- When entering the Park, the guest who purchased the tickets must show the tickets.
All party members under the guest who purchased the ticket must enter the Park together as a group. (Guests under the same ticket cannot enter at separate times.)
- When entering the Park, you may be asked to show relevant documents of proof based on the cost of the ticket.
If a guest is unable to provide such proof, it may be necessary to pay the difference between ticket types.
- Guests will be unable to enter the Park after their scheduled entrance time.
Please arrive before your scheduled time.
- The Park does not offer interpreting services. We appreciate your understanding.
